What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on legal authorization, we may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online, and in the event of returning the product, we may request a refund of the amount we have paid from the merchant. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that we had no opportunity to inspect and try the product before purchase, and that we must rely solely on information provided unilaterally by the seller prior to purchase.
